Senior Planner

Job description

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Planner / Senior Planner to support the successful delivery of major construction and build projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ASTA Powerproject, excellent NEC contract knowledge, and a proven background in developing, managing, and reporting project programmes across complex construction schemes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction programmes using ASTA Powerproject. - Produce baseline programmes, progress updates, recovery programmes, and look-ahead schedules. - Work closely with project managers, commercial teams, design teams, and site management to ensure programme alignment and delivery. - Monitor project progress and identify risks, delays, and opportunities for programme improvement. - Carry out critical path analysis and provide mitigation strategies where required. - Support tender planning and pre-construction activities, including sequencing and methodology reviews. - Prepare and present programme reports for internal and client meetings. - Ensure programmes comply with contract requirements, milestones, and reporting obligations. - Manage change control and as...
