Job Summary Under the guidance of the Director of Engineering, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for all areas of engineering staff development, safety, security, and maintenance of the facility, including mechanical equipment and the physical building in a professional manner. The Maintenance Manager will take lead on the preventative and demand maintenance of the entire facility, while complying with quality assurance and expectation standards; meeting all building safety standards, government and city regulations, building codes, regulations and standards. Role and Responsibilities: Ensure engineering staff adhere to all hotel policies, procedures and service culture.
