Woodfords Family Services is seeking a detail-oriented and qualified HCBS Program Support Coordinator to join our Adult Home & Community Based Services team in Kennebunk, Maine! This is a full-time, hourly position offering a comprehensive and competitive benefits package. Position Summary: The HCBS Program Support Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting regulatory oversight, documentation compliance, and quality assurance across Home & Community Based Services programs, including Residential, Community Supports, and Shared Living. This position focuses on helping ensure that services, documentation, and program operations align with MaineCare regulations, HCBS waiver requirements, and state licensing standards. Support is delivered through documentation review, compliance tracking, staff training, quality assurance activities, and close collaboration with program leadership, staff, and administrative departments.
