Company: Finning Canada Number of Openings: 1 Worker Type: Permanent Position Overview: Finning Canada is seeking an Electrical Inspector in Fort McMurray to support customer‑owned Electric Rope Shovels and enhance the performance and maintenance of mining equipment in alignment with Caterpillar OEM standards and specifications. This role is primarily responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting scheduled customer visits, and resolving customer concerns. The position also plays a key role in forecasting and supporting future customer requirements to ensure optimal equipment reliability and satisfaction. Job Description: Accountability: - Based on technical audits of the machine, the Electrical Inspector will make recommendations to the customer on what components will need to be changed. - Support troubleshooting efforts to resolve shovel downtime as quickly as possible. - Minimize downtime and maintain production requirements as scheduled. - Responsible for scheduling customer visits, setting agendas and writing reports. - Send technical analysis to the customers and provide the customer with recommended service options. - Liaison with Finning Parts Depart...
