Position Overview United Health Services (UHS) is proud to offer a unique opportunity for a Degree in Clinical Lab Technician/Technologist (CLT) through our CLT Education Incentive Program. This initiative provides financial support for Clinical Lab Technology education in return for a work commitment within the UHS system upon graduation. Participants will gain early exposure to healthcare environments while pursuing their degree, positioning them for a successful transition into a Clinical Lab Tech role. Selected participants will receive full or partial tuition support while completing their Clinical Lab Technician/Technologist degree. In return, recipients agree to fulfill specific educational, employment, and participation commitments within UHS Hospitals (Wilson Medical Center or Binghamton General Hospital). Primary Department, Division, or Unit: Annual Compensation Range: Participant Commitments: Educational Completion: - Successfully complete all CLT program requirements within the agreed-upon timeframe.
