About your new role: As a Lead Software Engineer, you will: Drive the technical vision and architecture for projects in your domain (Frontend or Backend). Take hands-on ownership of complex problems and deliver high-quality solutions. Mentor and coach other engineers, fostering growth, best practices, and team knowledge. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape product direction and strategy. Establish and maintain engineering standards , processes, and tooling across the team.
