Description Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:15 PM Summary: Tests and inspects products at various stages of production process and complies and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Performs incoming material inspection: Performs final audit inspections on finished goods, at set frequencies according to the part number specific Control plan. Records test data, applying statistical quality control procedures Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations for existing standards Prepares and performs destructive and nondestructive tests on product characteristics as defined by the part number Control Plan. Prepares graphs or charts of data or enters data into a computer for analysis Performs daily round rover inspections at various stages of the production processes & reports all non-compliances, and includes the authority to stop any process of which does not conform.
