Microsoft Technical Alliance Specialist Role Overview: The Microsoft Technical Alliance Specialist will support Logitech’s growth objectives for its Video Collaboration & B2B business by assisting in technology initiatives with Microsoft. Guided by the Senior Microsoft Technical Alliance Manager, this role combines coordination and hands-on execution responsibilities, helping to execute partnership activities and ensure smooth integration of Logitech and Microsoft solutions. Key Responsibilities: Maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms HW/SW hands-on laboratory to validate new features, prepare devices for certification, support proof of concepts, assist QA, internal IT teams and external customers with Teams Rooms related features Support product, engineering, marketing, and commercial teams by helping implement and track joint initiatives, product integrations, and troubleshooting processes.
