Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++ or Python. - 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role. - 5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role. - Experience driving GenAI adoption for innovation and productivity. - Experience working with remote/distributed teams as well as teams on the ground, maintaining high velocity across time zones. Preferred qualifications: - Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. - Experience with on-device mobile implementation, particularly regarding the performance and latency constraints of real-time location features. - Experience in Geo, Search, Mobile (Android/iOS)-based products. - Experience with developing on-device, TEEs (Trusted Execution Environments), Sealed Computing, and Sealed Memory. - A background in scaling products with significant commercial or growth-oriented components. - Deep understanding of running models (e.g., Gemini Nano) and prompts on actual hardware for real-world validation.
