Overview i3 is seeking a Linux Systems Administrator. The selected candidate will provide technical expertise supporting information system components, infrastructure integration and maintenance to satisfy architectural and business requirements. Responsibilities: - Perform implementation of system additions and/or enhancements and makes recommendations to management. - Manage a mixed Linux and Windows closed-network environment that includes VMware vSphere and VDI Infrastructure. - Maintain Ansible Automation Platform for configuration management and automation. - Manage the functionality of servers and computers running Windows/Linux operating systems such as (RHEL, Windows 10/11, Windows Server) within an Active Directory environment. - Maintain the integrity and security of servers and systems. - Assist in creation and maintenance of system documentation such as SOPs and policies. - Implements Information Assurance (IA) systems and practices such as DISA STIGs, RMF and system hardening. - Interact with users and evaluate vendor products. - Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
