Position Number: 22092413 Location: Central Office -PT08: County: Pulaski: Anticipated Starting Salary: $52,137.07 annual salary Job Duties: This position travels statewide to assist parks in analyzing infrastructure issues and developing project requests. Responsibilities include writing detailed project specifications to be provided to contractors for awarded projects and researching and evaluating new procedures and materials for inclusion in project specifications. The position meets with contractors throughout all phases of assigned projects and is responsible for ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and established timelines. The role includes signing off on completed projects to verify that all guidelines and requirements have been met. This position is responsible for creating material lists and project schedules and coordinating with in-house construction crews to ensure required materials and subcontractors are available on-site as needed.
