JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary Provides subject matter expertise and leadership for Molina broker channel management activities. Responsible to build an effective and efficient broker channel for assigned geographical region in collaboration with other broker services and sales team members in assigned states. Develops a high functioning, high performing broker network that is strategically aligned with Molina’s mission and values by utilizing a combination of recruitment, mentoring, education, and channel management techniques to ensure brokers meet assigned objectives and enrollment targets. Adheres to ethical sales practices, compliance with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and other regulatory requirements. Essential Job Duties: - Drives Medicare membership and enrollment growth through strategic broker channel management. - Recruits new general agency (GA)/brokers that are skilled at selling to Molina’s target populations - In collaboration with agencies/agents in assigned areas, implements a marketing plan to maximize self generated leads. - Ensures agencies who receive company generated leads complies with established processes and timelines. - Assumes accounta...
