What you’ll do: Lead daily lab operations and ensure the delivery of fast, accurate analytical results Coach, develop, and empower lab technicians while building a strong, collaborative team culture Solve challenges with analysts and department leads, shaping continuous improvement across the lab Optimize outsourcing decisions to balance quality, turnaround time, and cost Uphold regulatory standards (GLP, ISO) through consistent SOP implementation Monitor KPIs, manage escalations, and translate feedback into improvement initiatives Innovate: from refining workflows and technologies to developing and validating new analytical methods Pl...
