Project Management Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Mid to Senior Project Management Specialists to join the Supply Chain Functional Excellence (SCFE) SAP Deployment Success Team in Everett, WA on First Shift . The individual would support the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Team, which plays a critical role in analyzing, prioritizing, introducing, socializing, and minimizing impacts from large-scale changes that result from people, process, or technology shifts. We seek dynamic, curious, and inventive individuals with strong supply chain expertise, you will drive solutions to Boeing and supplier production challenges and help transform BCA supply chain processes and systems for the next 30 years Position Responsibilities: Facilitate Lean projects and initiatives across various departments Develop and implement training programs for employees at all levels Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement efforts Utilize data analysis and metrics to measure the effectiveness of Supply Chain Functional Excellence initiatives Mentor and coach team members in project management principles and practices P...
