Job Description: Your impact Experienced Engineering lead with a proven track record of leading and directing a team of 10+ engineers through a complex electronic architecture leading to a product. An ideal candidate would have experience of managing requirements, and through a product lifecycle. Would have a good understanding of computing and cyber security. Used to planning, tracking and monitoring against milestones. As an Engineering lead you will take a high-level task and create individual work packages, allocate out, monitor and overcome issues to ensure delivery to quality, time and budget The role would be onsite in Luton full time, with a need to be able to support travel to national customers on a periodic frequency As an Engineering Lead you will coordinate the project technical development, manage the engineering team across all disciplines, drumbeat the overall engineering workflow, overseeing costs, schedules, and risks for successful project delivery.
