Ensure our residents, specifically older adults to have an opportunity to thrive in place through housing and services. Encourage individuals and families through stable housing and supportive evidence-based services to build resilient communities. Maximize the strengths of individuals by providing client assistance, case management, service coordination and conducting community outreach.
