Building a sustainable tomorrow BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a cleaner to join our FM segment and to be based at the Park Hall Academy in Solihull. Working 42 weeks per year. You will be required to work 4 weeks in the school holidays which includes October half term, 2nd week of Easter Break and the last two weeks in August. Working 20 Hours per week: Monday - Friday 3.30pm - 7.30pm Pay: £12.85 per Hour. Making Possible: - Cleaning in accord with the specification for the premises. - Clean floors, walls, partitions and internal woodwork as appropriate. - Clean toilets, changing rooms and other sanitary areas. - Collecting and appropriate disposing of waste. - Clean and maintain waste bins. - Refill and replace consumables. - Report faulty equipment & other maintenance requirements to appropriate person. - Lock rooms after cleaning. - Ensure lights and other equipment are switched off as appropriate. - Promote and ensure the health and...
