We're looking for a Business Development Manager to take the lead across a Melbourne metro territory with some regional travel for key accounts. You’ll be the face of Caesarstone with a focus on commercial customers, medium density and new home builders, stonemasons, and key clients, building genuine relationships, spotting opportunities, and making sure Caesarstone is always front of mind. What you’ll be doing: - Driving growth by building strong B2B partnerships with our commercial customers including developers, architects and designers, builders and stonemasons. - Supporting our customers to get on board with our internal Caesarstone Connect platform - linking retailers with stonemasons to make quoting and jobs seamless. - Taking the lead on escalated account matters by stepping in with solutions and ensuring every customer feels valued and supported. - Re-igniting lapsed accounts and winning back business with fresh ideas and persistence. - Hosting in-store trainings and supporting retailers to creat...
