POSITION SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides full-cycle recruitment and staffing support for all Centers, Retail Stores, Rehabilitation Programs, Call Centers, and Command across multiple states within the Command. This position plays a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to meet organizational staffing needs in a timely and efficient manner. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator partners with HR, Program, Retail, and Operations leadership to ensure recruiting strategies align with Command goals, promote workforce stability, and support succession planning initiatives.
