Entity: Customers & Products Job Family Group: Sales Group Job Description: The Inside Sales and Digital Acquisition Lead role is a part of the Mobility & Convenience business in Poland and focuses on selling fuel and mobility services to SME fleet cards customers to enable them effectively running their business. The person in this role has commercial accountability for realizing sales and gross margin targets related to SME portfolio, through managing 3rd party Inside Sales team and digital acquisition channels. This is achieved mainly through driving customer acquisition, building customer relationships and dedication to improve business potential and prevent churn. The role also involves building and maintaining positive relationships with internal partners such as Marketing Credit, Pricing, and Customer Service to support strategy execution of and delivery of sales as well as gross margin targets Key Accountabilities: 1. HSSE & Compliance Ensure full compliance with legal requirements and Group HSSE standards. Develop a strong safety culture with a focus on personal safety and cyber-security.
