Department: Diagnostic Imaging Schedule/Status: Varies; Full Time: Standard Hours/Week: 40: General Description: The position shall exemplify the desired Culture of Choice® and philosophies of Parrish Healthcare. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Diagnostic Imaging or designee, this position is responsible for supervision of daily operation of assigned area(s) including oversight of staff performance, exam quality, positive patient experience (patient throughput with on-time starts) and all other matters pertaining to patient care in Imaging. Ensures compliance with Federal and State of Florida Department of Health, Bureau of Radiation Control and ARDMS. Requirements: - Supervises daily operation of assigned area including oversight of staff performance, exam quality, positive patient experience (patient throughput with on-time starts) and all other matters pertaining to patient care in Imaging. - Provides encouragement, education, support, orientation and training to motivate staff in meeting departmental and compliance standards. - Supports team, answering process questions and addressing employee and patient concerns.
