Job Description: - Excellent benefits including salary packaging - Fitzroy location - Permanent, Part Time, (24 hours per week) About the Role: The Practice Development Nurse – Specialist is responsible for supporting the professional development of all permanent and program staff across our clinical settings. Their primary role is to ensure best practice by providing ongoing education and support for all staff with particular focus on the advancement of knowledge, skills and training with relevance to the clinical setting. This will be achieved by implementing clinically based education using the principles of Evidenced Based Practice to improve the delivery of nursing care. Furthermore, they will be responsible for their own professional development in order to maintain expert clinical skills and advanced knowledge. Classifications for this position will range from RN35 ($124,368.40) per annum, pro rata.
