This is an ownership role designed for a high-impact technical leader who can engage executive stakeholders, influence program decisions and deliver outcomes for strategic clients. As a Senior IM, you will lead our most complex, multi-stakeholder deployments, serving as the bridge between our product’s capabilities and the client’s business transformation. You are a technical problem-solver who thrives on navigating complex organizations and structuring projects and communications to accelerate platform adoption. You should love working directly with customers, thrive in fast-moving environments, and get energy from solving hard problems under pressure.
