Overview: Wangard Partners, a growing multi-entity company, is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to fill the role of financial accountant. This position will report to the Accounting Manager. The primary responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to monthly close which includes general ledger reconciliations and preparation of financial statements for a portfolio of commercial and residential entities, maintenance of fixed asset records, and preparation of workpapers on an annual basis for tax preparers. The property accountant position will partner with teams across all business lines to generate reports, maintain financial records, and provide support on accounting-related inquiries.
