As a Broadband Technician II , you will perform intermediate to complex installations, disconnects and service changes for residential customers, including FTTH (Fiber to the Home RFoG and GPON). These services include, but are not limited to, video service, HSD Services, and home phone service. This role performs moderate troubleshooting from the tap to the customer's electronic devices (TV, DVD, Modem etc.). This role performs underground and/or aerial construction involved with system plant, along with its' repair and maintenance supporting various customer-focused activities. This position will be responsible for installing, splicing, repairing and maintaining aerial, buried, and/or underground fiber optic and coax cable.
