ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Operational Leadership & Strategy: - Establish and lead the national go-to-market and ongoing program management strategy for MSK VBC programs, ensuring alignment with organizational performance objectives, payor engagements, and population health goals. - Guide enterprise operations initiatives focused on improving network engagement, patient engagement, provider and member experience, and VBC program performance. - Mentor Network Management teams across all markets. Oversight of Project Management: - Directly supervise and mentor Director, VBC Project Management - Establish consistent operational processes, performance expectations, and accountability standards across regions. - Oversee processes for network accreditation with national agencies like URAC - Oversee development of presentation materials for internal meetings with Executive Leadership and the Board Provider Engagement & Education: - Work with Vice President - VBC Network Management, Vice President -VBC Care Management, Medical Directors and VBC CMO to develop and implement processes to support provider engagement and performance improvement. - Ensure coordinated execution of national network dev...
