Description As a Staff Accountant at Island Hospitality Management, you will be responsible for the management of the P&L statements and overall accounting activities of the company's portfolio. This position is based in West Palm Beach, Florida. Requirements: Job Requirements: - Prepare and review hotel P&L's monthly - Prepare monthly accruals - Perform account analysis - Research and correct accounting discrepancies - Reconcile and balance general ledger accounts and provide supporting schedules - Prepare and adjust journal entries in JD Edwards - Meet month, quarter, and year-end closing deadlines Training: Island Hospitality is committed to employee development and displays that commitment with a formalized training and development program providing a clear path for any employee with a desire and aptitude to thrive in the hospitality business.
