The Relationship Manager III – Middle Market Lending is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing complex credit relationships with middle market clients, generally privately held businesses with revenues from $100MM to $1B . This role focuses on business development, relationship management, credit quality, and risk mitigation while delivering a full banking relationship through the cross‑sale of depository, Treasury Management, Wealth Management, and other commercial products. The position requires strong credit acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to serve as a trusted financial advisor to sophisticated middle market clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Business Development & Relationship Management: - Originate new middle market lending relationships through proactive business development, referral generation, and community involvement. - Build, manage, and expand long‑term client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor to business owners, C‑suite executives, and Centers of Influence. - Identify and execute opportunities to cross‑sell deposit, Treasury Management, Wealth Management, and other bank products and services.
