Sr Principal Software Engineer - Full Stack

Description We’re looking for a Full‑Stack Engineer who cares about building usable, reliable software that makes a real difference in healthcare. You’ll ship React/Vite web apps, build mobile apps with React Native or Swift/Kotlin when needed, and build the backend services behind them using Python, TypeScript, or Go with REST APIs. You’ll work closely with product, design, and research to turn ideas into prototypes and production features, and you’ll thoughtfully integrate AI services where they add value. We use Copilot and Cursor to speed up exploration and delivery, balanced with reviews, tests, and sound engineering judgment. You’ll own features end‑to‑end from architecture and implementation to testing, deployment on OpenShift, and ongoing monitoring.
