Job description

Role Drive and establish a positive Safety, Health and Environmental culture within Calderys, through the development of a proactive approach to EHS Management, Installation workforce and all other departments throughout the business based on the foundation of clear communication , transparency and honesty . Assist in the development, management, monitoring and maintenance of activities and systems associated with Calderys Health and Safety Policies, identifying where improvements can be made to realise operational and business excellence. Provision of advice to Installations management and workforce on Health & Safety issues to ensure compliance with current legislation and company Policy. Provide technical and legal advice, so that Health and Safety firmly stays at the top of every agenda and is embedded in all aspects of business thinking and decision-making. Responsibilities: Scope: Responsible for providing efficient, effective and rapid Health & Safety support and advice to Calderys installation business in Western Europe, ensuring consistency of approach.
