Job Title: Merchandiser Immediate Supervisor: Sales Manager: Summary: The Merchandiser supports our sales and customer engagement goals through effective product selection, inventory management, and in-store presentation. This role is responsible for ensuring the right products are available at the right time, placing orders, monitoring stock levels, analyzing customer behavior, and executing appealing visual displays and promotional strategies. The Merchandiser will play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships and resolving inventory or supply challenges. Success in this position requires up-to-date knowledge of merchandising trends, strong organizational and decision-making skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure while aligning with company objectives.
