The St. Anthony Hotel is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead and oversee two distinctive dining concepts within the property: Esencia, our recently launched fine dining concept, and Anacacho Coffee & Cantina, a semifinalist for the 2025 James Beard Best Restaurant Award. This role is responsible for driving exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance across both outlets while developing and leading a high-performing hospitality team. The Restaurant General Manager will play a key role in continuing to establish Esencia as a premier fine dining destination while further elevating the success and reputation of Anacacho Coffee & Cantina. The ideal candidate is a polished hospitality leader with strong operational discipline, a passion for luxury service, and the ability to cultivate memorable dining experiences while maintaining a culture of excellence.
