Your Role: At the Heart of the Chain We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team and support our stations located in Eastern Ontario. The ideal candidate has strong experience in labor relations, conflict management, and investigations. The role also requires an excellent understanding of Canadian labor standards. Salary Range: $90,000 - $95,000 Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations : Work closely with managers to support employee relations management and proactively resolve conflicts. Team Management : Support managers in managing, engaging, and developing their teams, ensuring a healthy and high-performing work environment. HR Policies and Procedures : Participate in the development and implementation of internal procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with labor standards.
