Position Summary: The Manager, Accounting (Apartments Division) is responsible for core accounting functions for their assigned areas: managing month-end close, reviewing financial statements, performing variance analysis, and ensuring GAAP and company policy compliance. Key duties include balance sheet reconciliations, overseeing property/cafe accounting, managing specific accounting areas (e.g., property taxes, bad debt), handling cash controls, and preparing timely financial information for stakeholders.
