Description Pay and Schedule: - $20.00 - 22.00 an hour - Tuesday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Saturday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Responsibilities: - Warehouse Associates are responsible for moving furniture in a timely and safe manner. - While working both independently and as part of a team, Warehouse Associates are expected to unpackage, assemble, and prepare furniture for transport both on HOM Furniture delivery trucks and in customer vehicles. - Inspecting furniture for damage and flaws is an important part of the duties of a Warehouse Associate in order to ensure customer satisfaction. - Warehouse Associates must maintain a safe and efficient working environment. - Other duties as assigned Benefits: - HOM Furniture offers its full-time employees a competitive benefits package. - Paid Time Off- 20 Days in 1st year for full-time employees - Medical and/or Dental Coverage - 401(k) Employee Contribution Plan - 401(k) Employer Matching - Employee discount - Career advancement opportunities and training - Pay on Demand - options for receiving earned wages Requirements: Experience: No experience necessary.
