The Manager Data Center leads all aspects of data center management within a designated market or country, focusing on operational excellence and service continuity. This role ensures compliance with SLAs, regulatory standards, and company objectives while driving innovation and standardization across locations. The position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, manages large budgets, and acts as a key escalation point during incidents. Customer relationship management and talent development are integral, with a strong emphasis on process optimization and supporting organizational change. This role is accountable for the end-to-end operational leadership of multiple data center sites, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery and adherence to regulatory and company standards. The manager oversees workforce management, drives operational standardization, and implements innovative solutions to enhance efficiency. Financial stewardship is critical, with direct responsibility for large CAPEX and OPEX budgets, as well as financial performance reporting.
