The Remote Site Service Supervisor is a key customer contact providing efficient, knowledgeable and professional customer service both personally and through strong team leadership. This leader is responsible for providing direction to the Remote and Resident Field Service Technicians ensuring consistent implementation of policies and procedures in conjunction with corporate directives, increased market share and driving customer satisfaction. Pay Type: Full Time, Permanent: Compensation: $78,705.00 - $98,380.00 The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.
