We are looking for an intern for the fall intership at the Alt Hotel Montréal starting in August 2026 for 6 months. WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Participate in managing requests for meeting rooms and banquets (corporate or social events) in collaboration with the Business Development Managers; - Assist in meeting and/or contacting clients to plan their events when necessary, and be present for certain major events (availability in the evenings and on weekends); - Complete meeting room and group room reservations; - Coordinate activities in accordance with contractual agreements in collaboration with other departments and various suppliers; - Act as a liaison between client food and beverage needs and the caterer/restaurant to ensure everything agreed upon is delivered; - Assist with billing follow-ups; - Provide support to the sales team.
