Job Summary: Leads programs that advance asset management, analytics, and system reliability while ensuring strong engineering governance, optimized resource alignment, and consistent achievement of organizational targets. Job Description: Develops and executes an enterprise-wide asset management strategy for Transmission, Substation, Distribution, and Telecom assets to optimize maintenance programs, prioritize asset life cycle planning, strengthen asset health analytics, and improve system performance and reliability across all asset classes. Directs long-range financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for engineering divisions to align financial resources with business priorities and support customer, community, and organizational growth expectations. Establishes and integrates performance frameworks and KPIs into business planning to measure outcomes, guide decision-making, and reinforce a culture of accountability and excellence.
