Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - Experience in program or project management. - Experience in accounting and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in statement of work negotiation. - Experience with project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and process documentation. - Experience in vendor relationships and agreement management. - Experience in providing support for budgeting, forecasting and purchase orders. - Knowledge of local authority requirements to help ensure the running of the data center.
