Role Objective: The primary function is to perform standard accounting and administrative tasks for various companies. Essential Job Tasks: - Recording bank and credit card transaction and reconciling bank accounts as needed. - Manages Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) as needed. - Assists with month-end closing tasks, including reviewing balance sheet accounts and helping assemble financial statements. - Issues invoices to customers. - Reconciles vendor statements with our own. - Helps to streamline processes and work flow to be more efficient. - Assists with the accounting imbox and responds to customer/brokers. - Handles mis...
