This is a dynamic, cross-functional role that blends IT support, cybersecurity awareness, facilities coordination, and project planning — all with a forward-looking focus on artificial intelligence and emerging technology. This role is onsite in NYC, in our SoHo office. What you bring on day one: - 2-4 years of experience in a relevant role such as IT Support Specialist, cybersecurity, SOC Analyst, Systems Administrator, or similar - Foundational knowledge of networking, hardware, and operating systems - Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices - Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude - Experience with or strong interest in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, automation platforms) - Exposure to project coordination or ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Asana) - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) What y...
