Technical Program Manager III, Storage Systems and NPI, Cloud AI

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program management. - Experience in storage systems or infrastructure systems. - Experience with new product introduction (NPI) across software or hardware products (architecture, development, launch). Preferred qualifications: - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience with NPI development, firmware, driving software quality and process transformation. - Experience in software engineering as a developer or development manager, with an understanding of software development processes, tools, software test/qualification, release methodologies. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences. - Excellent program management skills, with the ability to drive and land software programs. - Excellent investigative, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
