Main purpose of job The primary purpose of the Facilities Technician I position is to support the maintenance, cleanliness, and general upkeep of the facility to ensure a safe, clean, and compliant manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for performing cleaning duties in controlled manufacturing areas as well as assisting with basic facilities maintenance tasks, inspections, and minor repairs under supervision. Main Job Responsibilities: - Adheres to Viant Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements including QMS, EMS, FDA regulations, company policies, and procedures. - Maintains facility cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming floors. - Cleans and sanitizes controlled manufacturing areas, laboratories, offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas. - Gathers, removes, and properly disposes of trash and recycling. - Services, cleans, and stocks restroom supplies. - Cleans windows, glass partitions, mirrors, furniture, fixtures, walls, and equipment. - Mixes and uses approved cleaning solutions and chemicals according to specifications and safety requirements. - Follows proper procedures for use of cleaning chemicals an...
