Job description

Under the direction of the Supervisor, Audio Visual - IT , the Audio Visual Technician - IT provides in-depth technical design, installation and support for all audio visual (A/V) systems. –This role provides training and ongoing support to end users and manages the day to day enterprise requests. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Set-ups, tests and operates a variety of A/V equipment including, but not limited to, microphones, speakers, projectors, video screens, and video monitors. 2. Performs necessary maintenance and repairs of all equipment and expedite maintenance issues as necessary to appropriate service vendors. 3. Transports, set-ups, removes and operates A/V equipment for onsite meetings and events. 4. Operates digital signage and audio software to meet enterprise requirements around music genres, volume and input/outputs. 5. Provides technical support for personal computer (PC) and peripheral devices, as needed. 6. Supports Audio and video streaming platforms to ensure correct content is being delivered to the appropriate areas. 7.
