PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Operates any equipment needed to perform job - Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition - Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision - Utilize safe work habits - Wear appropriate PPE - Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures - Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures - Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures - Other duties as assigned EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS: - High School diploma or equivalent preferred - Three years of verifiable work history preferred JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Factory environment with a large range in temperature changes - Ability to work overtime and shift work as required - Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push & pull up to 12 hours daily - Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily - Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. regularly - Travel less than 10% BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES: - Dependability/Attendance - Problem Solving/Judgement - Thoroughness TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: We offer a competitive benefits package starting first date of employment that includes: medic...
