As a Marketing Manager at Compass you will shape Compass' local marketing team and our presence in the Cape Cod market. You will be responsible for managing the local marketing team while working closely with the New England Marketing team and Compass corporate marketing department to develop, oversee, and execute a local brand strategy and agent marketing services strategy. You will be the leader and visionary for Cape Cod Compass Marketing. Please note this is in-office role in either our Boston, Hingham or Osterville office.
