POSITION SUMMARY: The Steward is responsible for the management and proper functioning of all dishwashing equipment, including but not limited to dishwashing stations, hand-washing sinks, and other kitchen cleaning equipment. He/She ensures waste disposal in compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. He/She is also responsible for the storage of cleaning products in designated storage areas, in accordance with company standards.
