Talent Management Specialist

Job description

The Talent Management Specialist position designs, develops, delivers, and administers performance and development programs for individual contributors and people leaders to drive a high-performance culture. It incorporates best practices into program design and delivery while aligning with the organization’s strategic priorities. What You'll Do: - Assess learning and development needs using HR data and stakeholder input. - Design, develop, and deliver blended learning solutions using internal and external content. - Create and curate talent management resources, including toolkits, job aids, and digital training materials. - Facilitate high-impact virtual and in-person learning experiences for individual contributors and people leaders globally. - Support the corporate performance management process, including goal setting, check-ins, calibrations, and performance reviews. - Evaluate learning effectiveness using metrics and feedback; recommend continuous improvements. - Partner with HR, business leaders, subject matter experts, and external vendors to align learning solutions with business priorities. - Stay current on talent management trends and apply best practices to program d...
