Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct pre-operational walkthroughs and maintain all required records and documentation. - Perform temperature checks of each cooler and freezer to ensure compliance with food safety standards. - Complete and maintain cleaning and sanitation records. - Monitor maintenance preventive schedules and continuous temperature tracking systems (Monnit). - Calibrate and assign thermometers while maintaining accurate records. - Monitor and manage pest control programs in coordination with vendors. - Perform inbound product audits and manage tablet-based inspection systems. - Review aging reports, including ERP aging data, to ensure product quality and compliance. - Manage donation processes and documentation in coordination with Operations (OPS). - Support transfer-to-freeze processes, including detailed review and coordination with OPS. - Oversee returns, product holds, and shrink management processes. - Conduct truck audits using QA COSMOS and ensure compliance during transit. - Review and archive t...
